Stefan Boster is a 61-year-old retired respiratory therapist from the US.
"It's more of a whole body assessment that it gives you. It's not just tracking how many push-ups you're doing everyday or how many miles you're running. And that's very important for older people because they're not moving so much, but they're certainly more concerned how they're feeling."
